Our Team

Dave’s 20+ year career has included many positions. He studied at Landscape Ontario, completing a Horticultural Technician apprenticeship, and earning his Red Seal certification. Dave founded Envision Landscapes in 2011, after gaining experience working for other landscape companies. Over the next 12 years, he helped the company grow from a two-man operation to three or four crews working on various landscape maintenance and construction projects, paving the way for a successful merger with VMP Landscapes to form Outscape Group.

Dave’s leadership qualities are evident in his insightful decision-making and innovative problem-solving approach. He continually seeks opportunities to incorporate cutting-edge technology into Outscape Group’s operations, understanding its transformative power to improve efficiency and drive innovation. Dave’s dedication to professional development is reflected in his continuous pursuit of knowledge and expertise. He actively engages in industry conferences, workshops, and training programs to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices and has contributed to the industry by participating in a panel discussion.

Brayden expertly manages our maintenance and enhancement teams here at Outscape Group. He enjoys meeting new clients and getting to know them. His landscaping journey began in 2011, where he honed his skills as a crew foreman.

Brayden’s academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering from McMaster University, and a Business Management Certificate from Mohawk College and an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. This multifaceted background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of landscaping techniques, client relations, and business operations. As a result, Brayden has become an invaluable asset to the company, driving growth and innovation within the Landscape Division.

You may catch him at a job site handing out Gatorade to the crews! Brayden lives in Brantford with his wife and two daughters.

Brad is a seasoned professional in the field of sales and estimation. His academic background is rooted in business and project management, having successfully completed a Small Business and Entrepreneurship program at Mohawk College. Building upon this foundation, he is currently pursuing further education at McMaster University, where he is sharpening his expertise through Project Management courses.

Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and practical understanding to his role, with over a decade of hands-on experience in the landscaping industry. His ability to effectively estimate project costs and provide tailored solutions to our clients is instrumental in driving our company’s success. Brad’s exceptional communication skills and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to our team.
